AZAD Technology Partners in Vancouver, WA seeks a Project Manager to support the Transmission Field Services’ Business Transformation Office. This 2+ year contractor role offers hybrid work with one day onsite weekly and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include leading projects per PM principles, applying change and process improvements, and coordinating across diverse teams. A bachelor's degree and substantial experience are required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, management or related field preferred with substantial experience.
• Minimum years of experience depend on degree: with degree in applicable field 10+ yrs; without degree 14 yrs.
• Candidates must have a valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID and utility industry experience.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred; strong budget and cost-estimation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects per industry PM principles from planning to execution.
• Coordinate change and process improvements within a large organization.
• Proficient in MS Office; create reports for executives.
• Influence diverse teams and manage cross-functional governance sessions.
• Organize and present detailed information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track work/time and support time management and reporting.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business units.
• Maintain awareness of federal clearance requirements where applicable.
