Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI.
• Understanding of cost forecasting, scheduling logic, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize established project systems and processes including Vantagepoint, PowerBI, IronClad, and Avetta.
• Support AR collections and electronic invoicing.
• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts; track actual vs. planned spend.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules; track progress vs. plan.
• Prepare consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Manage project documentation, version control, and audit-ready records.
