Ideal candidates bring strong power system analysis experience, familiarity with industry tools, and the ability to mentor others while delivering high-value, data-driven consulting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Master in Engineering or Business or PhD in Engineering may reduce experience requirements.
• Experience with electric utility operations, planning, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Perform transmission planning studies including power flow, transient stability, and voltage analysis.
• Evaluate NERC/FERC and regional requirements and life-cycle costs.
• Develop client-ready technical reports and presentations with study results.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across internal practices.
• Support project managers with technical execution and proposal development.
