Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Class A Lineman to construct and repair electrical transmission systems. This role involves working on energized and de-energized lines, traveling to various job sites as required, and reporting to the Foreman. Safety is a core focus in all tasks.

Responsibilities include leading crews during absences, mentoring apprentices, and performing installation and repair of overhead lines with heavy equipment. Outages and emergencies may require on-call shifts.

Formación

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform new construction, maintain and repair energized and de-energized transmission systems while prioritizing safety.
• Lead crew members in the absence of the Employee in Charge and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and ground workers.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines, poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Operate and maintain transmission line equipment and follow safety protocols.
