The role demands five years of transmission line experience, CDL, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and outages. You will train apprentices, operate bucket trucks and derricks, and uphold strict safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Work at multiple job sites, including out-of-state assignments.
• Willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, emergency callouts, and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Perform new construction, maintenance, and repair of energized and de-energized transmission systems with safety first.
• Lead crew members in the absence of supervision and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and ground workers.
• Install and repair overhead lines, poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners, and pullers.
• Work outdoors in varying conditions and be available for outages and emergencies.
