Duration: 12+ months contract with potential extends or Convert(REMOTE)

Job Description:

• The TLSME position is a technical position covering all aspects of Transmission line design and construction.
• The applicant will be actively engaged in team meetings and projects where communication and a team-oriented mindset are critical.
• Less experienced team members look to the TLSME Team for technical guidance and
  leadership.
• The applicant must be able to assert accurate responses within project timeframes.
• The TLSME Team consists of multiple disciplines; the applicant must be comfortable engaging other TLSME expertise as needed to provide the best responses to the Project Engineers.
• Applicants must have at least one area of expertise and be capable and enthusiastic to learn areas outside their expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide A+ technical support to the Project Engineering teams while maintaining the schedule and budget of assigned projects.
• Use in depth Transmission line knowledge, teamwork, and engineering judgement to respond to project Requests for Information.
• Develop, interpret, and implement Transmission line standards.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers to better understand technical requirements.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years technically supporting a variety of Transmission line projects at 230kV or above.
• Professional Engineer certification
• Field experience
• Experience developing standards
