Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Foreman - Transmission to lead crews installing and maintaining overhead transmission lines. You will supervise field teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safety standards are met while driving project efficiency on high-voltage infrastructure.

The role requires a Journeyman Lineman experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to travel as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to support rapid, safe power

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with a minimum of 5 years of project construction experience.
• Journeyman Lineman with at least 2 years of field experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and Class A CDL required; ability to obtain residency license within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew briefings and ensure crew readiness for hazards.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of transmission lines.
• Ensure safety compliance and reporting of incidents to safety staff.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower; oversee time reporting and leave approvals.
• Read and interpret construction plans and schematics for transmission projects.
