Peak Utility Infrastructure seeks a Foreman - Transmission to lead crews in the construction and maintenance of overhead transmission systems. The role reports to the General Foreman and emphasizes crew safety and field supervision across installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in high-voltage environments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years Journeyman Lineman experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5 years’ project/construction experience.
• Must have 2 years’ Journeyman Lineman experience.
• Valid state driver's license; Class A CDL.
• Frequent travel; overtime/storm work possible.
• Live Line Barehand experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily crew briefings and ensure crew awareness of hazards.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of transmission systems; enforce safety standards.
• Plan materials, tools, and manpower; review time sheets and reports for accuracy.
• Climb ladders, poles, and towers; supervise high-voltage work.
• Coordinate with customers and safety staff to address outages and switching changes.
• Maintain records and communicate job progress, hazards, and incidents to safety staff.
