Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Transmission division to lead field crews on power infrastructure projects across the western United States. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate daily activities, ensuring work aligns with contract documents and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a Journeyman Certificate, a valid Class A CDL with clean MVR, intermediate computer skills, and at least four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of previous experience.
• Journeyman Certificate through the Department of Labor.
• Intermediate level computer skills for time tracking, emails, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Documentation done timely with accurate reporting and coding receipts.
• Attend and participate in meetings and planning sessions.
• Utilize basic forecasting tools, production tracking, and budget tracking.
• Read and follow all contract documents ensuring work meets requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, identify changed conditions, and mitigate risks.
• Direct and supervise daily crew activities and monitor resources.
• Monitor project schedule and adjust to meet deadlines; inform leadership if behind.
• Support safety training and ensure compliance with safety standards.
