Qualifications

• Must have 2 years’ experience as Journeyman Lineman.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew briefings and ensure readiness for hazards.
• Ensure safety and manage field supervision of installation, maintenance, and repair of transmission lines.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower; review time sheets and reports for accuracy.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate with customers and safety staff to solve power problems and document incidents.
