Job summary

Altitude Energy, LLC is seeking a disciplined Field Technician to join our Transmission division. This remote role supports projects across the western United States, with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will read contract documents, plan daily activities, supervise crews, and ensure equipment readiness. The ideal candidate has a Class A CDL with a clean MVR, a Journeyman certificate, CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain within 90 days, and at least four years of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Certificate through the Department of Labor required.
• CDL Class A license with a clean MVR required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 years’ field experience in transmission/linework.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Document and report incidents accurately and timely.
• Read and follow contract documents and drawings to ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Plan, direct, and supervise daily activities of reports.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site safety measures; ensure housekeeping and inspections are up to date.
• Ensure quality control on projects and align with company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and engage in proactive safety communications.
