Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Foreman - Transmission to lead the construction and maintenance of overhead transmission systems. You will oversee crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with customers and the safety staff to resolve power issues.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in project construction, Journeyman Lineman experience, and a valid CDL. You must be able to climb, work at heights, and travel as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of project construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Journeyman Lineman.
• Valid State Driver’s License and Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job briefings and ensure crew readiness for hazards.
• Maintain harmony among crew, customers, and public.
• Verify material, equipment, and manpower; conduct pre-job safety analysis.
• Read construction plans and supervise installation of transmission lines.
• Supervise crews and ensure compliance with safety standards.
