Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Transmission General Foreman, Supervisor to lead multiple crews in construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical transmission systems. You will optimize material usage, resources, and crew efficiency while enforcing Edison safety protocols and company standards.

This on-site role requires coordinating with management and external customers, supporting after-hours work, and traveling across the SCE service territory.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of combined experience performing/supervising underground and overhead construction, maintenance, and operation of the electrical distribution system.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders related to transmission construction, maintenance, and repair, directing and coordinating crews to install and maintain equipment.
• Ensures work orders are designed per construction standards with safety compliance.
• Reviews daily construction plans and materials needs with crews and verifies safe methods in use.
• Performs after-hours outage and emergency repair supervision and testing prior to re-energization.
• Provides training and development opportunities to employees and crew members.
