Qualifications

• 1+ years supervising underground/overhead construction and operating the electrical distribution system.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily construction plans with crews and inspects sites to verify safe work methods.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers regarding daily work activities and projects.
• Enforces safety protocols and ensures work orders align with standards.
• Manages materials and adheres to environmental guidelines on site.
• Provides training and development opportunities to employees and crew members.
• Acts as Duty Supervisor, responding to after-hours outages and emergency repairs.
