Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support transmission & distribution construction and maintenance projects onsite in Baton Rouge. You will coordinate scheduling, resources, and field activities, and provide technical updates to project teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing contractor safety, ensuring installations meet design specs, preparing work packages, and documenting progress with accurate records and post-job audits for asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and personnel.
• Ensure facilities are installed per design and tested.

• Prepare pre-job scopes and material estimates.
• Document as-built drawings and update LWMS/SWMS.
