Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Project Manager for an 11-month contract in Maitland, FL. The onsite program will manage transmission and distribution projects from planning through closeout, coordinating client teams, contractors, and internal staff.

The role requires strong scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with travel to project sites as needed. Core hours are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• Masters may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of projects from development through construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects and maintain clear lines of communication among stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules, manage scope, and coordinate activities to meet milestones and in-service dates.
• Maintain detailed project cost forecasts, accruals, commitments, and financial performance.
• Identify, track, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure deliverables are communicated and understood.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder coordination to ensure commitments are executed.
• Support procurement, contractor coordination, bid activities, change management, and construction readiness.
