Job summary

STSI Group is seeking a Project Manager in Maitland, FL to lead a program of transmission and substation projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires seven years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and ability to travel to project sites. PMP preferred. Excellent communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field plus min 7 years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Masters degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in electric utility, transmission and distribution preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of projects from development through construction and closeout, coordinating planning, permitting, procurement, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, project teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules, manage scope, dependencies, and milestones to meet in-service dates.
• Maintain detailed cost forecasts, accruals, commitments, and overall financial performance.
• Identify risks and drive changes affecting scope, schedule, cost, or execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure clear communication of responsibilities and dates.
