The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering teams, lead the Digital Design Community, and integrate cutting-edge tools into workflows. Candidates must have a technical degree and relevant experience, particularly in design software like AutoCAD and PLS-CADD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in digital design and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engineering automations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital delivery on electric Transmission projects.
• Act as a Transmission representative within HDR’s Digital Design Community.
• Identify and develop initiatives focused on process improvement.
