HDR is seeking a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join our Transmission Business Class in South Carolina. You will champion process improvement and implement technologies to enhance our digital delivery on electric Transmission projects.

This role is pivotal as it ensures that project teams are equipped with scalable solutions aligned with HDR’s Digital Design standards. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in digital design, especially with tools like PLS-CADD and AutoCAD, to streamline processes and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years digital design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives in digital delivery.
• Develop custom tools and automation for engineering tasks.
• Act as a Transmission representative in digital design practices.
