In this role, you will drive process improvements by implementing advanced technologies for electric transmission projects. Your leadership will align Transmission design practices with HDR's Digital Design Community while developing bespoke tools to enhance workflows.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in AutoCAD and PLS-CADD, possess a technical degree, and have a minimum of 5 years in digital design. HDR offers a collaborative environment focused on employee ownership and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years digital design experience.
• Advanced skillset of 3D design software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
