HDR is searching for a motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join our Transmission Business Class. This role involves enhancing digital processes and tools within electric Transmission projects and aligning practices with the Digital Design Community.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering technologies and leadership skills to drive project efficiencies and develop innovative solutions. Strong expertise with tools like PLS-CADD and AutoCAD is preferred, along with a focus on AI integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital design and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives for digital delivery.
• Develop and scale tools for engineering and design.
• Serve as a product owner for PLS-CADD software.
