HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to enhance engineering efficiency within our Transmission Business Class. This position plays a pivotal role in integrating advanced technologies and workflows to improve digital delivery in electric transmission projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design and be proficient in tools like AutoCAD and PLS-CADD. You'll collaborate closely with our Digital Design Community to develop scalable solutions that push the boundaries of power system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of digital design and digital delivery experience.
- Experience in managing PLS-CADD software.
- Proficiency in 3D design software and document management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for process improvement and digital tool implementation.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop automation solutions.
- Collaborate across business groups on digital design tools and workflows.
