This position focuses on championing process improvements through industry-leading technologies for electric Transmission projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering technologist mindset and will lead initiatives to elevate our design work product.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years digital design and digital delivery experience.
- Proven track record of developing engineering automations.
- Experience in managing PLS-CADD software.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for process improvement in digital design.
- Act as a Transmission representative within HDR’s Digital Design Community.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop tools to streamline tasks.
