Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Supervisor, Construction in Eastern Massachusetts to oversee field management for transmission lines and substations. You will directly supervise Transmission Construction Representatives and collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Scheduling, and Contract Administration to ensure safe, timely completion of projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in construction/maintenance, with preferred experience in energy delivery and supervisory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
5–10 years of construction, maintenance, or related experience.
Experience in Energy Delivery and transmission is preferred.
Supervisory experience of both non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit employees is preferred.
Must hold a valid motor vehicle driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction field management for Substations and Transmission Lines with contractor resources.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Scheduling, Contract Administration and field staff to ensure safe, timely completion.
Manage cost, productivity, schedule, best practices and adherence to Eversource Policies and Procedures.
Ensure compliance with environmental programs, safety rules, and regulations and promote safety excellence.
