Techserv is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative to oversee the construction of Transmission Lines and Station facilities in Pharr, Texas. This role involves ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations while managing contractor duties and materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Willingness to work long hours in remote locations.
• Pass screening process (drug test, background check).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor duties for construction projects.
• Review plans for constructability before construction.
• Provide quality feedback on contractors and equipment.
• Manage material delivery and inspect for shortages.
• Maintain OSHA compliance oversight.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management

ABET-accredited associate degree in electrical or civil engineering technology plus 2 years of experience
