Job summary

Techserv is seeking a Transmission Construction Representative to oversee the construction of Transmission Lines and Transmission Stations. You will coordinate contractor activities, review plans for constructability, and ensure compliance with OSHA and project standards on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating outages, managing material delivery, generating progress reports, and working with the project team to drive on-time completion. Travel to remote locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (construction supervision is a plus).
• ABET-accredited associate degree in electrical or civil engineering technology with 2 years of transmission line or substation experience (construction supervision is a plus).
• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of transmission construction experience (construction supervision is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor duties and assignments for transmission line/station construction.
• Review client plans for constructability before start and report issues.
• Provide construction site coordination to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
