Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transloading, bulk material handling, logistics, or related operations.
• Supervisory experience in industrial or transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cargo tracking.
• Working knowledge of railcar loading procedures and truck logistics.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of employees and external customers.
• Solid understanding of facility equipment and maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other computer programs.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a critical link in the import supply chain — your operation keeps cargo moving efficiently from port to customer.
• No two days are the same — you will oversee everything from bulk aggregate unloads to container transloads and grain shipments.
• Build and grow real customer relationships, from credit compliance to claims resolution to new business development.
• Develop and lead a team, running job briefings and hands‑on training.
• Opportunities to grow within a company that promotes from within — this role is a direct path to East Coast Transload Administrator.
• Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring quality control and safety; manage railcar and container transloads, bulk unloads, and grain shipments.
