US Rail & Logistics is seeking a hands-on Transload Operator to manage terminal equipment, oversee loading and unloading of railcars, silos and trucks, and ensure accurate receiving and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on terminal equipment operation experience.
• Ability to handle bulk railcars and trucks safely.
• Willingness to work in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules and perform duties safely.
• Follow Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Load bulk trucks with correct weights and product.
• Maintain terminal property and keep area clean.
• Record receipts, shipments and inventory per guidelines.
• Refer customer complaints to the Manager.
• Assist at other Terminal locations as needed.
• Unload/load railcars and transfer product to silos.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Operate forklifts, conveyors, and other terminal equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
