Job summary

Twin Eagle Terminals & Logistics is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead daily transloading operations in our facility. You will supervise the transload crew, ensure adherence to processes and inspections, and make real-time decisions on efficiency, labor, and equipment usage to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in terminal or rail operations, strong safety and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or crew lead experience in terminal/rail/transloading operations.
• Experience with liquid hazmat or bulk material handling is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the shift, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Enforce procedures, inspections, and paperwork completion on schedule.
• Make real-time decisions on labor, equipment use, and production targets.
• Coordinate with crew leads to manage assignments and break schedules.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure PPE compliance and housekeeping.
