Job summary

You will define biomarker strategies, patient stratification, and evidence plans, partnering across Discovery, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate science into actionable decisions while mentoring matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD in immunology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing translational or clinical biomarker strategies.
• Strong knowledge of immunology and immune-mediated disease biology.

Responsibilities

• Own the translational strategy connecting disease biology, therapeutic mechanism, pharmacology, biomarkers, clinical endpoints, and key decisions.
• Lead precision medicine strategy including patient stratification and biomarker endpoints; integrate into TPVs and study designs.
• Translate science into clinical plans with biomarker strategies addressing target engagement and dose selection.
• Represent Translational Science on cross-functional teams and align partners around integrated recommendations.
• Mentor scientists, build capabilities, and lead matrixed translational teams.
