Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Scientist, Translational Science Program Lead - Immunology, to own end-to-end translational strategy across discovery through clinical development. This onsite role can be located in Cambridge, MA or Spring House, PA, guiding evidence plans and decisions for portfolio entries and dosing strategies.

Qualifications

Deep immunology expertise and translational judgment.
Proficiency with multidimensional biomarker data and clinical endpoints.
Ability to communicate complex evidence and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the translational strategy and develop stage-appropriate plans connecting biology, pharmacology and endpoints.
Anticipate evidence needs and define critical questions, timelines and risks.
Lead precision medicine strategy for patient stratification and biomarker endpoints; integrate into DPPs and study designs.
Translate science into clinical plans including dose, regimen, and regulatory strategy.
Represent Translational Science in matrixed teams across Discovery, Clinical Development and Regulatory.
Ensure execution readiness by partnering with study leads and laboratory scientists.
