Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or a related biological science.
• 1–2 years of hands-on molecular biology lab experience; 4–5 years in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to master complex, multi-step protocols with high reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular and cellular experiments on cancer progression and therapy resistance.
• Collaborate with researchers and lead projects with senior staff and students.
• Learn to generate libraries for next-generation sequencing across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate research activities and write internal reports; participate in weekly lab meetings.
• Contribute to CLIA clinical sequencing workups, sample prep and data interpretation.
