Life.Church is seeking a Systems Support Specialist for YouVersion in Edmond, OK. You will oversee translation processes, coordinate volunteers and contractors, and ensure timely project delivery across Marketing, Engineering, Product, Content, and Partners.

You will develop and maintain translation systems, glossaries and memory tools, share tips with volunteers, and address bugs and feature requests with TM support. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Review translation requests, prep assignments for volunteers and set deadlines.
• Develop processes to improve translation workflows and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review translation requests, prep assignments for volunteers and determine deadlines.
• Plan and implement communications and events to grow volunteer capacity.
• Maintain glossaries and translation memory in the TMS and share best practices with volunteers.
• Maintain the translation request system and optimize tools and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support tools and processes.
• Meet regularly with volunteer leaders to discuss needs.
