Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training or development activities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff development initiatives for the YouVersion team.
• Coordinate learning events and training programs, including timelines and speakers.
• Support end-to-end event logistics and resource preparation.
• Maintain staff portal resources and learning systems aligned with Life.Church initiatives.
• Communicate opportunities to the YouVersion team regularly.
