Job summary

Day Translations is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage translation projects from initiation to delivery. You will be the main point of contact between clients, translators, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality results.

You will review briefs, assign linguists by language pair and specialization, monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and help improve our project management processes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in project management or language services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation projects from client request to final delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, translators, and internal teams.
• Assign linguists based on language pairs and expertise.
• Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality.
• Maintain project documentation and timelines.
• Support onboarding and client relationship management with sales/marketing.
• Contribute to PM process improvement and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and tools in translation.
