You will track performance metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain glossaries and style guides to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or equivalent.
• 4+ years managing translation projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Familiarity with translation memories, glossaries, termbases, and style guides.
• Experience in linguistic review processes and communicating revisions to vendors.
• Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of file formats and localization best practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process translation requests from internal content owners.
• Prepare source and reference materials for translation following a standardized process.
• Manage questions and clarifications from linguists and the translation team.
• Interact with internal linguistic reviewers to gather feedback on translations.
• Create and maintain translation project schedules and allocate resources efficiently for several complex projects.
• Update stakeholders on the status of translation projects and potential delays.
• Coordinate the submission of translated materials for regulatory review and approval.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal linguistic reviewers to develop and improve linguistic assets (glossaries and style guides).
• Maintain documentation and records related to translation projects and decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to translation processes.
• Track and report KPIs including turnaround time, quality metrics, and vendor performance.
