Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of experience managing translation/localization projects.
• Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (TMS), translation quality processes, linguistic assets, and localization best practices.
• Knowledge of file formats and localization workflows for print, digital, web, and multimedia content.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive translation requests and prepare source/reference files for translation.
• Coordinate communications between vendors, linguists, content owners, and internal reviewers.
• Manage project schedules, priorities, resources, deadlines, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate linguistic reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage vendor revisions.
• Submit translated content for regulatory review and approval, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Maintain translation assets, including glossaries, translation memories, and style guides.
• Track project KPIs, including turnaround time, translation quality, and vendor performance.
• Maintain project documentation and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
