US Tech Solutions is seeking a Translation Projects Coordinator to streamline day-to-day translation operations, liaising with the Localization Manager and translation vendors to deliver on marketing and creative content. You will prepare materials, manage communications, and ensure timely project delivery.

In addition, you will track KPIs, optimize processes, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and quality across multiple complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years managing translation projects.
• Experience with translation memories, glossaries, and style guides.
• Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process translation requests from internal content owners.
• Prepare source and reference materials for translation using standardized processes.
• Coordinate with linguists, content owners, and internal reviewers.
• Track progress and report KPIs such as turnaround time and quality.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Maintain documentation of translation projects and linguistic decisions.
• Escalate resource and priority conflicts as needed for management.
