Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Transitions Onboarding Consultant to support new Financial Professionals moving their business to Osaic across all Channels. The hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on operational execution, partnering with Business Development, Operations and Channel Leadership.

The candidate will understand account opening and transfer processes, manage asset movement, and become a subject matter expert on transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS Diploma with significant practical experience.
• SIE/S7 or S99 certification within 12 months.
• 1-3 years of financial/transition experience.

Responsibilities

• Advisor-facing transition consultation for all channels and clients.
• Repapering and asset movement execution across channels.
• Cross-functional partnership and optimization to support onboarding.
• Data gathering, forms preparation and submission; monitor account transfers.
• Monitor and resolve Not in Good Order (NIGO) paperwork impacting asset movement.
• Troubleshoot and escalate transition-related issues.
• Identify ways to improve and expedite asset movement processes.
