Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Transition Consultant to manage all aspects of a new Financial Professional’s transition to Osaic. This role works with the Business Development team and others to build strong relationships, present the transition value, and communicate status to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience, preferably broker-dealer or wealth management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and executes transition plans for new Financial Professionals.
• Maintains regular touchpoints with transitioning Financial Professionals to ensure clear onboarding.
• Monitors asset transfers and resolves any issues during transitions.
• Advocates for transitioning professionals across the organization to resolve questions quickly.
• Manages cross-organizational projects and builds relationships with internal departments and external providers.
