Job summary

The Onboarding Consultant will join the Transitions Team at Osaic to support Financial Professionals moving their business to Osaic across channels. This hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on execution, partnering with Business Development, Operations, and Channel Leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding and repapering experience.

The candidate should understand account opening and transfer processes, become a subject matter expert on asset movement, and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; H.S. Diploma or GED + significant practical experience will be considered.
• SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months.
• 1-3 years of Financial/Transition experience.
• Industry licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence.
• Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers.
• Cross-functional partnership and optimization.
• Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually).
• NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement.
• Troubleshoot and elevate any transition related issues.
• Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process.
