Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Transition Team in Coatesville, PA. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is for those interested in helping infants, children, and adults with complex care in their homes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and training the ongoing care team.

Shifts are flexible, with both day and overnight options available. The position offers industry-leading training and numerous benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse / RN is required.
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent is a must.
• Must pass high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations.
• Current CPR certification needed.

Overview

We have immediate opportunities on our Transition Team for Licensed Practical Nurses / LPNs interested in helping infants, children, and adults receive complex care at home in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. The role is FT – 40 hours per week. This team will support the transition of care from the hospital team to ongoing home care services. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how to care for clients with rare and complex diseases. As part of the Transition Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Present openings are day shifts (Monday through Sunday) and overnight shifts (Monday through Sunday). You choose which shift works best for you!
