Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Burlington County, NJ seeks Transition Licensed Practical Nurses to support infants and children with complex home care, including pediatric trach and vent experience. Join a float team delivering high-quality care and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with active LPN license.
• NICU/PICU or home care trach/vent experience required.
• CPR certification current.
• Willing to travel across Burlington County.
• Able to commit to ongoing, consistent scheduling (1 shift/week acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality pediatric home care for infants to 21 years old.
• Support and train BAYADA care team in ongoing care plans.
• Work as part of the float team providing adaptable coverage.

We have immediate opportunities for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the float team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $29 to 45 per hour
