Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a project team on at least 2 projects.
• Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management and project processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project take-on with a quality-first approach.
• Ensure no solution or service creep relative to contract.
• Coordinate with GTS Team Leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and documentation for transitions and handovers.
• Track SLAs, KPIs and reporting; ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
