Consider It Done Transition Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead clients through their transition from the initial consultation to project completion. You will facilitate the first meeting, prepare detailed proposals, and guide the Team Specialist while coordinating with the office administrator and owner.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine yearning for helping others, with patience and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients in transition.
• Strong critical-thinking skills to resolve logistical challenges or space-planning issues on-site.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects stay on track.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs, including navigating stairs.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Opportunities to advance into roles such as Project Manager as skills and experience grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial client consultation to assess needs, gather requirements, and outline project scope.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, including timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring consistent communication and support throughout the transition.
• Manage and direct the Team Specialist, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality execution.
• Coordinate with the office administrator and management to align project activities, share updates, and resolve issues.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all phases stay on schedule and meet client expectations.
• Support client onboarding and transition processes, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities to secure new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including notes, updates, and status reports.
