• Maintain rigorous documentation of attendance, progress monitoring, and service logs.
• Design and implement instruction across classroom, job sites, and community with focus on independent living skills, vocational training, and social communication.
• Collaborate and lead the IEP team to develop measurable, longitudinal goals and provide progress reports.
• Develop and utilize positive behavior management techniques and maintain HWC certification.
• Maintain proactive communication with families and community agencies.
• Attend in-service trainings to update teaching skills.
• Support students with transportation options and community access.
• Participate in team meetings and conferences.
