Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to oversee Army Transition Assistance Program operations at an assigned installation. You will serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government and command stakeholders, ensuring high-quality TAP services and compliance with contract standards.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, coordinating workshops and counseling, tracking attendance and outcomes, and delivering weekly operational updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government or defense program operations.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities coordination, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary contractor representative to Government personnel and command stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services adhere to approved curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, manage workload, and ensure training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, feedback, data entry, and reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, staffing, risks, and resource needs.
• Resolve site-level issues related to facilities, equipment, property, systems access, and scheduling.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
