Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Transition Strategy Partner to support prospects and customers from pre-sale through implementation and transition. You will manage projects across onboarding, planning, system setup, rules, and usage of TriNet’s products to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration across Sales, CX, Technical, and Operations, and the ability to educate clients on setup and ongoing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of consultative or account management experience.
• Typically 1+ years of Sales Support and/or Implementation experience.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws in Payroll and Leaves.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Consultants and prospects through onboarding and implementation, by project managing prospects and clients through all phases of implementation.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to optimize configurations of TriNet’s solutions and identify utilization opportunities.
• Advocate for customers by identifying gaps, troubleshooting, and resolving or escalating issues during onboarding or transition.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Experience, Technical, and Operations).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of TriNet’s core products, service offerings, policies, and capabilities.
• Act as escalation point during complex onboarding scenarios and collaborate to remove blockers.
• Educate customers on critical setup activities, product functionality, and ongoing responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement of transition and onboarding practices.
