Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Transition Strategy Partner to support sales and the customer lifecycle, guiding onboarding and implementation for PEO, ASO, and OMS products. You’ll project manage prospects and clients through all phases of implementation, including planning, system setup, policies, and utilization of additional products and services.

Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to recommend efficient configurations of TriNet’s solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of consultative or account management experience.
• Typically 1+ years of Sales Support and/or Implementation experience.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws in Payroll and Leaves.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and prospects through onboarding and implementation.
• Project manage prospects and clients through all phases of implementation.
• Analyze prospective clients to recommend efficient configurations.
• Advocate for customers, troubleshoot, and remove blockers.
• Educate customers on setup activities and product functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement.
