Job summary

TriNet seeks a Transition Strategy Partner to support prospects and customers from pre-sale through implementation and transition. You will manage projects through planning, setup, policies, and utilization of TriNet’s products, guiding customers to a smooth transition to TriNet’s PEO/ASO/OMS offerings.

You will work with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize configurations, reduce time-to-close, and educate clients on setup activities and ongoing responsibilities, including travel up to

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws in Payroll and Leaves.
• Strong consultative, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Consultants and prospects through onboarding and implementation.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to recommend efficient configurations of TriNet’s solutions.
• Advocate for customers by identifying gaps and resolving issues.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of TriNet’s core products and services.
